In 2007, the park district re-designed this canoe access site to protect the Kokosing State Scenic River and to afford visitors a more convenient access from Millroad Road. This site is located just west of the intersection of US 62 and Millwood Road. Installation of picnic tables and an information kiosk at this popular site will greet the visitor. The site serves as an excellent access point to launch a hand-powered craft, swim, fish or lounge at the river's edge.
